These are silver PLATED – They are sturdy chains but are not full silver as I originally thought. They look beautiful and I think most folks would love this chain. After having worn it for two weeks, I noticed I’m getting black areas on the chains. Note about me, my body chemistry loves to strip coatings off of things. So sterling, stainless steel, titanium, and platinum are my materials of choice.
