Nice appearance – It came on time, well packaged and included a nice gift box. The necklace looks very pretty, but, and I do mean but, the saying engraved on the heart is much too small. A magnifying glass was needed to read the saying, and I mean a strong magnification. I would not be so critical of the engraving if it wasn’t for the picture presented online. I was extremely disappointed, but my wife accepted it with love, that was important to me.
