Excellent Customer Response – The first pair I received had a flaw on the back of one. Since I wear my hair up,, this could be seen. I contacted Barzel and they responded quickly with an answer and than a replacement…. which I received today. Will gladly recommend them as a company that stands behind their product… which I will wear with pride for years to come.
