Ring looks new with every use – Everytime I use this product on my engagement ring it looks good as new. I hate taking my ring off and therefore can make it a bit dull with sunscreen, conditioner use, etc. This cleaner and the brush head clean everything off quickly and easily. Effective, Safe Cleaner for Jewelry… – When my dear mother passed away, she left me the rings that she used to wear daily. She hand-laundered with with those rings on, gardened with them on, cooked with them on, did housework with them on, applied hand lotion with them on, and slept with them on. Mom claimed she could not get them off her fingers. I cannot fathom the last time those rings were polished or cleaned. When I inherited the rings, the gemstones appeared dull with little vibrancy. The silver ring that she had (a hefty Balinese-made piece) had little luster. I used the Gemoro Sparkle Wand product on a 12-carat Swiss Blue Topaz ring in a rhodium over silver setting, the aforementioned silver ring from Bali, and an Emerald Quartz ring in rhodium over silver setting. This product returned the brilliance to the stones and metal in each of these rings. The product is easy to use and comes with a tiny brush that can maneuver around the front and back of a setting and gemstone. The rings look lovely (refreshed) and they twinkle once again!

Flawed device – The product works well when you can get it to come out but you spend 4 times more time getting the liquid to come out than you do trying to clean jewelry. Pretty annoying. Maybe consider repacking the product in a better device
