Smelly, Still sitting – Upon receiving this item the mirror was broken, and had a STRONG chemical smell. I got ahold of the company for the broken mirror and came to a resolution for the issue. After repairing the mirror myself, it’s still sitting in the guest room “airing out” due to a heavy chemical/ cigarette type smell. It’s lessened but still very noticeable even after multiple sprayings of febreeze, odor eliminator and pledge wiping. Not sure if it’s going to be usable as I have a sensitive nose to the smell

The smell that this thing omits is horrible. – Horrible smell, have had it about 3 weeks now and it still smells every time I open it . It’s a really strong chemical smell. Made from pressed board, not solid wood.

STINKS! – So the first one arrived with a broken mirror. They offered me $80 to keep it. I declined. They refunded the whole amount but it took more than a week back and forth for them to agree to refund the money. It also smelled horrendously. I was afraid to breathe it in in my bedroom. I did buy another one and let it air out outside for several days. It still has a stench to it. It also came with a few spots where the finish was off that I filled in with a marker. I do like the look and all the space inside for tons of jewelry. I wish there was less space for rings and more space for bracelets. Overall, not great quality and it smells.
