Great product! – This cabinet is great! Its large enough to store everything in one place. There isnt really any good place or way to hang long necklaces but with some tweaking of how i hung them, they were fine.

The best for the money – First, for all those who complain about how strong the magnet is, it is very simple to fix Attach a small piece of tape over the flat part the magnet attaches to. You’ll have to experiment with the size and placement because of the amount of weight you have added to door. This is a review on not only this product but also compare it to three other similar ones. The first is from the company Organizedlife. I like it due to the extra long hanging space for necklaces. The second is from LUXFURNI. It is a smaller one but I got it to put my makeup in and the size was easy to fit into available space. It has adjustable shelves and works great to hold my makeup. I removed the plastic bag and installed jewelry hooks on the strip instead. I use it to also hold my favorite jewelry that I wear regularly. The third is from SRIWATANA. It is a stained pine cabinet and is a lot lighter than the ones made from MDF. I love the metal earring and necklace hangers in this one. The others have a strip that is a little thick with little holes and slots and it is very difficult to put the post earrings in place. This one is a breeze to hang wire earrings. I wish all of them had this but it needs more room behind for post earrings. I did do some remodeling to fit my requirements. I added jewelry cloth, made more bracelet rods (most of these jewelry armoires you’re expected to choose between hanging necklaces or bracelets on the hooks. No separate area is provided. ) And I also put a clear coat on exterior to protect finish from use. It has just stain alone. The fourth is Giantex. Love this mirror! – I loveeeee this mirror so much! It’s a bit hard to open but that’s why I love it even more bc my little ones can’t get into it and other ppl assume it’s locked so they don’t even bother! It does have a lock built it and it was super easy to assemble since y’all you have to do is screw in the hanging bars. Super sturdy I just love it so much it’s a great asset to my room I take so many pics in it lol

Things they don’t tell you – The first surprise was that this thing was fully assembled. The only work to be done is to decide how you want to mount it (either over the door, or via screws in a wall). It is also considerably lighter than similar cabinets I have had, but the reasons weren’t evident. The box said 23 lbs, and I would guess that is correct. That’s a really good thing, if you are planning to mount it to the wall. Another thing they don’t tell you: The screws have to be EXACTLY the right distance from each other to work with the built in ports for them. Measure your own, but mine were about 12 11/16 inches apart. Then you have to figure out how to get enough strength in a pair of screws in drywall. The included screws and plastic anchors were worthless. The anchors had already gone “loose” just from trying to mount the cabinet. I bought some of the larger “self tapping” drywall anchors supposedly rated for 90 lbs each. The built-in hardware only attaches at the top, and they include a large strip of velcro to attach to the bottom to keep it from pulling away. I used it, but I bet I’ll end up running a couple more screws in some day. The reason is that the door has a very strong magnetic catch, and you have to give it a healthy tug. That, and the door is the heaviest piece, so there is a good bit of “pitching moment” when the door is fully open, trying to tug the cabinet away from the wall. My wife hasn’t weighed in on the space yet, but it appears to have left enough empty slots that the cabinet will grow much more expensive for me over time. I wanted one for my side of the bed, albeit for different items. Unfortunately, they don’t make it in a reversible door. This one could be reversed, but it would be a huge job. All in all a terrific purchase, but plan on acquiring some extra hardware for mounting.
