Al intentar realizar la solicitud de devolución por cambio, solo me permite el reembolso del dinero. Me parece mal servicio frente a lo ofrecido y no me da mas opciones.

Fragile, broke during 2nd wearing just after return date. – At first I really liked this bracelet but the second time I wore this bracelet, the second strand broke. I logged in today to see yesterday was the last day to return. After only being worn twice got a few hours it shouldn’t have broken already.

Broken too quickly! – Although this product is adorable it was broken within weeks… And girl I didn’t even wear it every day… I like to change it up, so I have many pieces of cheap jewlery to be versatile however, this piece made about 3 or 4 rounds and broke! And I was pissed because this bracelet has that cheap but you can’t tell it’s cheap look to it! Ladies Yall know what I mean! Anywho, ill most likely be buying another one again just because its sexy… 3rd times a charm right, I got two tries left! Wish me luck!
