This necklace breaks!!!! – I bought this last Feb and have had to have it repaired 4 times. Luckily I noticed it every time it fell off!!! It costs $40.00 every time to repair. I love the necklace it is very beautiful and it was an anniversary gift but it breaks, breaks, breaks.

Second broken Ross Simmons piece – Got wife tennis bracelet from these folks that had kink in it from day one, and eventually broke. It was covered, shipped it back and they fixed and had it back to us quickly, good experience. Then got her this necklace, which broke at the 7 month mark, but no luck with repair this time. Seems the policy has changed. They have protection plans now, but this is new. My wife is careful with her stuff, the thing just broke, under a year they should fix it. On the fence with using them again.
