AWESOME customer service – I had ordered a heart necklace with stones with my three children’s names on it for my wife. When it was delivered one of the stones was loose in the bag. I took pictures right away and message the seller. The seller responded within the same day and informed me that a new necklace will be sent out and not to return the original necklace. Plus offered a free gift of a bar necklace with engraving of my choice for the inconvenience. I was highly impressed with such a quick response and how the seller made the issue right. Grate – My mom loved it. I put her kids names and birthstones on it. Reall metal to. The only thing is the chain size. Too short and thin for a bigger woman. But other then that its perfect.

Meaningful gift but.. – The product did look just like how it’s advertised. My only con is I wish they would of made the font a little bigger or bolder making it easier to see the names. I wish I would of taken a pic to show you guys. Like I said it does look just like the pic advertised and it is very beautiful and my mother in law LOVED it.
