Defective product – Worked great until I had to add more water to it. Rubber came off after first use. Disappointed! I’m willing to exchange it because it works great and did the job. Hopefully, this was just a defective product.

I think it heats up faster than the advertised time, and it works so good!

Great Value – I’m a professional goldsmith and my “regular” steam cleaner broke down, so I bought this as an emergency backup. I’ve used other home units before, but this one, by far has better steam pressure than any of the others. For home use, you can’t go wrong.

Happy Wife – Bought this as a gift for my wife – she used to work in a fine jewelry store – so she’s pretty picky about her jewelry and keeping it clean. The first steamer was stainless steel and quite heavy w/ only european measurements. So she returned it. Then I found this one and she LOVES it! The only thing it lacked was a silcone tipped tweezer to hold the rings or earrings under the steam. (Easily solved on Amazon) It has a red light to indicate that it is on and a green light to indicate that the steam is ready. We are using distilled water because the tap water in Texas is so hard, its practically solid. My wife is very happy with how her wedding ring, school ring and engagement rings look now. LIKE NEW ! Freshly polished from the jeweler! Highly recommend. Have only had it for a month but will update if anything goes wrong.

A diamonds best friend! – This little machine is a beast! Completely worth the money. It builds pressure and when you push the front button down the steam pours out of the nozzle. They have a handy place on the back to store the tweezers that hold the jewelry. I actually have a pair of hemostats that I use because it snaps down to hold the jewelry verses me having to squeeze the tweezers together in the jewelry piece. It is HOT do NOT put fingers by the steam it is scorching hot. Don’t leave this OUT where little fingers can push buttons. The steams forces out the built up pressure. And then needs a few seconds to build up more for a second time. The button allows for it to be pushed forward for constant steam or blasts of steam by just pushing down briefly. I love this so MUCH I bought my Mom one too! It beats having to stop and get jewelry cleaned all the time. A side note…use distilled water to prevent calcium build up in the tank. But if your looking for a way to make your diamond rings or jewlery shine…look NO more, this is gem!
