Not bad but they don’t come in pairs – Amazon completely screwed this up for me by combining boxes with another order but as far as the item itself is concerned, these do not repeat/duplicate colors, so, if your using them on ear cartilage piercings and want to match you’re out of luck. Can’t believe that’s a thing… This came with many surprises, some of the heads were multiple fake gems in a ball and some were transparent/clear backs. It original listing didn’t mention either of these.

The tops unscrew easily – My only issue is that the tops seem to fall out every couple of days. They just unscrew randomly so I can never pinpoint when or where I lost it. Had this piercing for 5 years. Never had this issue with the jewelers.
